You will take responsibility for the process from sketch to finished product, combining your technical expertise with new digital tools such as 3D and AI. THE TEAM You will be a part of a dedicated and an international team with 13 colleagues of pattern designers and fitting assistance. Our team is working with fit development of all product types across all collection activities at VILA in close cooperation with buyers, designers and our suppliers around the world. THE JOB You will play a key role in ensuring the right balance between creativity and commercial standards by providing technical expertise and collaborating with design and buying teams for our CBO (Cross Border Online) and Denim collections. You are passionate about denim production and development and share your expertise into collaboration with the denim team. As pattern designer for our CBO concept you will be handling full wardrobe collections translating the customers' needs into the right products through curiosity and your drive to understand different product types and different markets. You will work closely with our suppliers, inspiring them to meet our technical standards and ensuring they stay motivated and continuously develop in line with our guidelines and requirements by in-house, onsite and online meetings. ENHANCE BESTSELLER'S TRACEABILITY OF MATERIALS As Materials Certification Coordinator, you will be part of a team building and managing BESTSELLER's internal systems for certificates of preferred materials. This includes developing an understanding of standards which apply to our materials, handling and verifying complex information and collaborating across a complex and international organisation. More specifically, your tasks include: Integrate material certification requirements into core business processes to ensure consistent compliance across BESTSELLER Manage reporting tools and systems related to certificate management and due diligence, including Power BI reports and internal platforms Maintain a clear overview of certificate tracking and support KPI monitoring in collaboration with relevant stakeholders Coordinate with suppliers and local teams to verify certificates, identify discrepancies, and proactively resolve issues Stay informed on evolving standard owners such as Textile Exchange, GOTS, and Better Cotton, as well as developments from innovative fibre producers Contribute to internal guidelines and SOPs, and deliver training to enhance understanding of certification criteria and ensure compliance GROW YOUR EXPERTISE.
