Samsøe & Samsøe is looking for a service minded Customer Care Agent who will become an important part of our B2C Customer Care team located at our office in Glostrup. The position is 25-30 hours, starting 2nd of January 2026. You will have plenty of opportunity to use your communication and service skills and gain experience within a growing international fashion brand. You will be collaborating closely with other departments such as E-commerce, Logistics, Return department etc. Responsibilities: - Ensure perfect customer service across all channels (e-mail, phone, live-chat) - Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, sizing guidance, and after-sales support - Handling of customer and carrier claims - Handling of credit notes - Observe and report issues back to relevant departments - Backoffice/ad-hoc tasks - Assist with handling of OMNI channel Your profile: - Self-starter and problem-solver - Positive, extrovert and service minded - Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing - Fluent in Danish and English both verbally and in writing - Very familiar with OMNI channels - Language skills in Swedish, Norwegian, French or German is a plus - Good time management and multi-tasking skills - Experience in a fast-paced service or retail environment - Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, ERP systems, POS and Microsoft Office applications is a plus - Living in Denmark (Sjælland) as working onsite is required - Able to work during business hours - 8am to 4pm.
