    Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a IT Support Specialist with a flair into security to join our dynamic team and lead the way in managing and supporting our Microsoft-based infrastructure. Your Role: As a IT Support Specialist, you will be the escalation point for complex technical issues, ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems, and play a key role in maintaining and evolving our Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. You'll also contribute to automation, security, and user enablement initiatives and trainings. Key Responsibilities: Provide senior-level support across the organization, handling escalated IT tickets and root cause analysis. Administer and manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, OneDrive) Maintain and configure Azure services, including virtual machines, networking, backups, and resource management. Administer Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), including user lifecycle management, group policies, SSO, conditional access, and role assignments. Support hybrid identity infrastructure (AD Connect, password hash sync, etc.). Contribute to IT security policies, audits, and compliance. Work on process improvements, documentation, and technical automation (PowerShell or equivalent). Collaborate with vendors, internal IT, and security teams. What You Bring: +4 years of IT support experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or escalation-level role. Strong hands-on experience with: Microsoft 365 administration (admin portal, licensing, troubleshooting) Azure IaaS and PaaS services Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) Familiarity with Intune, Endpoint Manager, Defender for Endpoint. Excellent troubleshooting skills across desktops, networking, and cloud services. PowerShell scripting experience is a plus. Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): ITIL or Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104) Experience in a multi-site or global organization Security and compliance experience (e.g., MFA, Conditional Access, DLP) Experience with Cisco Meraki networking equipment and dashboard management Cisco Security suit (Cisco XDR, Umbrella, Secure Endpoint) What We Offer: Working with new unreleased technology, tools and hardware.
