We're a team of ten colleagues collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver scalable, future-ready solutions. YOUR ROLE In this combined role, you'll balance agile facilitation and business analysis to help your team deliver high-value logistics solutions. As Scrum Master, you'll coach and support your colleagues, facilitate agile ceremonies, and remove obstacles to keep progress on track. You'll foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement. As Business Analyst, you'll translate logistics needs into practical, data-driven solutions within systems like WMS, TMS, WCS, and ERP. You'll work closely with stakeholders to analyse processes, design improvements, and ensure our systems effectively support daily warehouse and logistics operations. Your main focus areas will be to: Facilitate agile processes and drive team performance. Analyse and implement logistics system improvements. Bridge business needs and technical solutions. Support system integrations and automation initiatives. Document key processes and share best practices. YOUR PROFILE You combine structure with flexibility and have a natural talent for coaching and collaboration. You're not afraid to challenge the status quo and push for smarter, more effective ways of working. We imagine that you have: Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach. Strong understanding of agile frameworks and team facilitation. Experience working with WMS, TMS, WCS, and/or ERP systems. A solid grasp of logistics, automation, and process optimisation. We are looking for a Technical Manager to play a key role in ensuring smooth operations at our Logistics Centre North in Haderslev. YOUR TEAM At Logistic Center North (LCN), you'll lead a broad and dedicated team of nine colleagues. The team includes automation specialists, packaging specialists, receptionists and facility colleagues, who take care of both our buildings and automation systems. Together you support the smooth operation of the site - whether it's welcoming visitors at reception, keeping facilities in good shape, or ensuring our technical setup runs reliably. You'll also work closely with our vendors, be part of the site security team, and join LCN's management team, contributing to the overall direction and development of the site. YOUR ROLE As Technical Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for automation, facilities, and supplier management across the site. That means Ensuring stable operations for our automated systems and site facilities. Acting as the key contact for external vendors - from automation partners like Beumer to energy, security, and building services. Overseeing facility services and reception to ensure a professional and well-functioning site. Supporting continuous improvements that help us work more efficiently and sustainably. Developing and empowering your team members across different roles, so they can grow and succeed. Contributing to investment plans and optimization projects together with the Operation Management team. You understand how an automation setup works and can speak the language of our system providers - but equally important, you are a present leader who sets direction, delegates, and brings out the best in your team. You know that smooth operations depend as much on motivated people as on reliable machinery. We imagine that you bring A solid technical background - for example as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar role within mechanical/automation environments. Experience in working with automation partners and contractors, with the ability to secure good solutions through dialogue and negotiation. Proven leadership skills - you are approachable, supportive, and create an environment where people take responsibility and grow. An open, energetic mindset with the ability to see opportunities, solve problems, and keep things moving. Fluent in Danish and English, written as well as spoken.
