Experience: 2-3 years of experience in HR or payroll administration, ideally in a multi-country role. Knowledge of Nordic Labor Laws: Strong understanding of payroll-related regulations across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. HR Systems and Tools: Experience with HR systems, workforce management platforms, and payroll portals like Planday, EY systems, or similar. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data management. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of a Nordic language is an advantage. Team Player with Initiative: Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive approach to solving problems. Payroll Coordination: Oversee the monthly payroll processes by managing updates to vacation and leave data and ensure all files are accurate and submitted on time through our centralized, outsourced payroll setup. Employee Data Management: Coordinate changes in employee data, such as new hires, salary adjustments, and departures, across multiple systems and portals. Vacation and Leave Reconciliation: Reconcile vacation days and other leave types, working with the payroll provider to ensure accurate reporting and payments. Support Leave Processes: Assist with maternity, parental, and sick leave processes, including applications for reimbursements from local authorities. Resolve Queries: Handle questions from managers and employees regarding payroll issues and vacation days. Cross-Country Collaboration: Partner with the Pay Service team in the UK and HR teams across the Nordics to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Reporting: Support the reporting requirements to national authorities, including statistics and applications for insurance reimbursements.
