We are looking for a HR (PEOPLE) Business Partner with solid experience and business acumen to support the leadership of our brands PIECES and YAS and help our brands grow stronger through their people. YOUR TEAM As PEOPLE Business Partner for PIECES and Y.A.S, you will be an integral part of the management teams and a close sparring partner to the co-directors. You'll work closely with leaders as their go-to advisor on all PEOPLE topics, ensuring that our PEOPLE agenda drives business results. At the same time, you'll be an active member of BESTSELLER's Danish PEOPLE Business Partner group - a community where we share best practices and continuously develop our HR partnering capabilities. YOUR ROLE You will play a key role in shaping the PEOPLE agenda for PIECES and Y.A.S, ensuring that PEOPLE initiatives and business priorities go hand in hand. Your responsibilities include Drive and implement key PEOPLE processes (e.g., strategy, development, performance, engagement). Support and coach leaders in their leadership roles. Facilitate growth and development dialogues and ensure follow-up on initiatives. Contribute to organisational development, culture building, and change management. Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge and advise. Structured, proactive, and capable of balancing multiple stakeholders. Experienced in both strategic HR partnering and hands-on execution. Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written. Talje: Mål din talje, hvor den er smallest - typisk lige under dine ribben og ca. 5 cm over din navle. Hofte: Mål hele vejen rundt, hvor hoften er bredest, ca. 20-25 cm under din talje.
