The Role As our new Sales Manager, you will oversee Rains' key accounts managed from HQ and lead the development of our clearance and off-price business with European wholesale partners. You will shape strategies, build strong relationships, and ensure that our sales execution supports both brand ambitions and commercial goals. Your Overall Responsibilities Key Account Management Act as primary point of contact for key accounts Build long-term partnerships and secure sales and brand targets Monitor sell-through and drive performance Identify new opportunities, including exclusive assortments Negotiate terms and manage marketing spend in collaboration with E-Com and Marketing Clearance & Off-Price Sales Build assortments and negotiate agreements Develop the structure, calendar, and processes for clearance and off-price across Rains Strengthen relationships with existing partners and identify new ones Secure a smooth logistics flow in collaboration with Wholesale, Retail, and E-Com Cross-Functional Execution Coordinate closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Design Create strong reporting tools and ensure transparency for management Drive improvements and bring ideas into action through a practical, structured approach The Ideal Profile You combine commercial thinking with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. You take initiative naturally and enjoy working with both strategy and daily execution. You challenge processes constructively and bring clarity, calmness, and direction to the team. We imagine you bring: 3-5 years' experience within sales and account management Experience working with large-scale E-Com fashion retailers Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills High level of organization and ability to manage several processes at once Ability to translate insights into structured actions A curious mindset and a desire to help shape RAINS' future growth Fluent written and spoken English and Danish Occasional travel to meet key accounts and attend sales appointments should be expected. Then you might be the Financial Coordinator we are looking for at our headquarters in Lisbjerg, Aarhus N. The Role Rains is on an exciting growth journey where financial operations play an increasingly important role in supporting the business. We are therefore seeking a meticulous and structured Financial Coordinator to contribute to our finance department. The ideal candidate may have some experience with bookkeeping or an interest in financial processes, especially within accounts receivable and accounts payable - but the most important thing is a willingness to learn and develop. Your Responsibilities You will be part of a team where you will be responsible for the daily accounting, including updating and reconciling the bank. Together with the team, you will help ensure an optimal flow. In addition, your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with our partner and new factoring setup: Coordinating and following up on accounts receivable while building and refining the related processes Maintaining ongoing dialogue with our European sales team: Supporting them with questions about our customers Managing delivery worksheets and credit limits: Including assessing credit max, validating orders, and releasing sales orders in our systems Handling B2C transactions in our ERP system: Matching open entries with incoming payments and ensuring that all transactions are correctly posted Reconciling payment providers and bank transactions: Ensuring accurate data across platforms and correct posting of payments, deposits, and fees. Managing and improving financial processes: Contributing to continuous optimization, documentation, and quality assurance of our workflows. Collaborating with internal teams: To resolve financial discrepancies while maintaining a methodical and detail-oriented approach. The Role As our new IT Operations Specialist, you'll play a key role in keeping our IT operations running smoothly. You always take on a project with a smile and have an organizational mindset with the ability to adapt to various tasks and changing priorities. Your Overall Responsibilities Providing initial MS365 1. and 2. Level support to all colleagues within the organization. Offering on-site and remote support via phone and through our helpdesk system (Jira). Assist and support retail stores openings with hardware and infrastructure Setting up and maintaining workstations, phones, tablets, and other personal work equipment. Participating in optimization, automation, and implementation of tasks within Microsoft Azure platform Overseeing and maintaining the inventory of hardware, including PCs, tablets, and screens. Maintaining user rights in Rains Entra ID Maintain and manage servers and virtual machines in Azure. Managing servers, VPN, and network connections in Azure Cloud. The Ideal Profile This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, is service minded and enjoys supporting others. You have a natural fixer gene and never see a problem - but always look for the solution. You do not mind situations involving internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating confident communication in both spoken and written English and Danish. Additionally, you have skills and experience from a role as system admin in Cloud infrastructure setup and maybe you hold a certification in Azure Administrator Associate. We imagine you have: Educational background as a Data Technician or equivalent. Experience with Windows 11, macOS, and Modern Workplace environments. Proficiency in Endpoint management, Intune, and Apple Business Manager. License management expertise, particularly in Microsoft 365 products. Knowledge of the Azure platform, user creation, and hosting in Entra ID. Strong user skills in MS 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook. Experience in creation and maintaining VMWare in Cloud Knowledge in Microsoft Azure Security standards. Understanding of SaaS solutions and integration languages (SQL, .NET, JAVA).
