Your mission...
As Brand Activation Manager for Armani and Designer Brand Fragrances, your main objective is to drive the optimal retail-facing execution of the brand strategy with the aim always to maximize sell-out and market share, but never to compromise on brand values and ROI. With the ambition of always being relevant for the Nordic consumers and key retailers, you make use of sell-out data, consumer, and market insights to guide and lead the team to be local brand experts (retail brand managers and retail education manager) and secure retail excellence. As Brand Activation Manager for Armani and Designer Brand Fragrances, your main objective is to drive the optimal retail-facing execution of the brand strategy with the aim always to maximize sell-out and market share, but never to compromise on brand values and ROI. With the ambition of always being relevant for the Nordic consumers and key retailers, you make use of sell-out data, consumer, and market insights to guide and lead the team to be local brand experts (retail brand managers and retail education manager) and secure retail excellence. You will...
- Build the brand retail strategy to maximize market share and ROI
- Own the Nordic trade plan O+O in-line with brand strategy and full 360 vision and translate it into a retail action plan
- Own the brand guidelines on retail activation (e.g. staging guidelines, navigation, visual brand plan)
- Allocate clear yearly budget to each local VM for ordering of non-launch PLV (posters, grids, glorifiers etc.)
- Own the construction of brand education strategy to be in-line with brand retail strategy and aligned with my brand Education Lead
- Support on strategic retail taskforces and projects, prepare and coordinate presentations for Zone and pre-Budget
- HUB lead for key multi-brand retail animations with e.g. Kicks and Matas
- Leading the governance of retailer meetings and presentations
- Protect the promotion policy for the brand across markets
- Coach and develop the Retail Brand Managers in day to day work - upskilling, prioritization, operational excellence and local activation opportunities
- Coach and develop the Education Managers in day to day work with clear priorities and objectives adapted to local market needs
- Be an active promoter of the Simplicity principles and agile ways of working
Profile
Your profile...
- You have +5 years of experience in marketing or commercial, preferably from the beauty industry
- You have a passion for retail excellence
- You have a good knowledge of the on and offline Nordic retail landscape and trends
- You have excellent communication skills
- You are an experienced Excel-user who likes to work with numbers
- You are detail oriented and organized in your daily work
- You have an analytical mindset and are eager to look for shopper insights
- As a person, you value ownership, dedication, and personal development
- As a team member, you can bolster team spirit naturally and share your enthusiasm
- Managerial experience
- As a leader, you grow your team with drive and empathy to be the best version of themselves
- You are fluent in English and preferably a Nordic language
