Job description
The Role
As Nordic Trade Marketing Manager you will be responsible for shaping and executing the trade marketing calendar for our retailers & e-retailers. Your role is to lead and optimize our strategic, tactical, and operational trade marketing initiatives.
You will report directly to the Nordic Brand Manager and work closely with the marketing team, our Key Account Managers, and our operational team.

- Develop and present Trade Marketing presentations at sales & retailer meetings.
- Identify business potentials and develop tactical actions based on these.
- Develop and secure best-in-class implementation of off- and online brand activation activities and coop advertising.
- Evaluate trade activations and follow up on monthly retail sales.
- Budget management
- You have a relevant Master's degree in marketing, business, or communication
Have 3+ years of work experience with trade marketing in a Business in the Consumer market
You have strong communication skills, presentation skills, and relationship-building skills
You are a super user of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
You are fluent in English and at least one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Finish, Norwegian, or Swedish)
