As Social Brand Manager your role is to maximize advocated media of the brands KERASTASE, SHU UEMURA and L'ORÉAL PROFESSIONNEL PARIS. You will own the strategic frame of engagement and reputation within advocacy and influencer marketing. You will act as the expert of user generated content leveraged both organically and in paid media. The role reports to the Brand Director.

- Develop, implement, and execute the advocacy and influencer strategy
- Build direct relationship with influencers
- Own influencer and advocacy measurement tools, Traackr & MIM, consolidating and tracking performance across the division and translating into action plans
- Work strategically with social listening and share with team
- Drive the PR Tribe and develop Nordic press event according to the brand strategy and priorities
- Responsible of PR seedings for Shu Uemura, Kérastase and L'Oréal Professionnel
- Work close with the Paid Media Manager to leverage advocacy and influencer content in media
- Ensure consistent tone of voice across all platforms
- Develop an understanding of consumers and shoppers through social engagement (& analytics)
- Support the communication strategy of our CRM and website
- Manage the B2C brand causes
- Fuel brands' international social media pages
- Manage advocated media budget
- Support the B2B advocacy frame

- +3 years of experience in communications, PR, digital or related areas
- Experience in analyzing performance, developing insights to consistently improve performance
- Strong competencies across core focus areas, PR, Communications, Influencer & Advocacy partnerships, Social Media Marketing
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills and able to interact and spar with stakeholders across the organization
- You have a hands-on approach and a drive that enables you to get things done
- You are fluent in English and preferably in one of the Nordic languages
