We are currently seeking a Junior Communication Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team at our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark.
As a Junior Communication Specialist in the marketing team, you will have a unique opportunity to work strategically with creative content and communication on a variety of digital platforms. You are a social media enthusiast with a strong sense of the latest trends within this field, and you have a structured approach to tasks and can manage multiple projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with your manager and the Graphics team to grow our digital presence and performance within social media.
How you will contribute
Effectively support in building 360° digital communication projects and strategiesCoordinate the development, execution, and follow-up of media plans by:Preparing and presenting creative briefsProactively collaborating with the Graphics team in the development of seasonal assetsDaily maintenance and optimisation of social media channels, incl. posting, performance tracking, community management, etc.Creation of detailed monthly content plans in accordance with the marketing calendar, seasonal priorities, and brand DNABoost our digital performance by managing our paid social strategyUse data-driven insights to maximize the potential of our platforms and reach of our contentDevelop written content for various digital platformsReporting on performance in accordance with KPIsWho you are
In addition to being a skilled and creative communicator, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
Relevant master’s degree, preferably within communication, digital marketing, media, or similarNewly graduated or up to one year of relevant work experience (full-time or student position) Digital native with experience in digital communication and social mediaDriven individual with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic roleCollaborative team player but also confident in working independently and driving new initiativesStructured approach to tasks and can manage multiple projectsStrong written and verbal communication skillsFluent in Danish and EnglishWhy work with us?
