As the Nordic Trade Marketing Graduate in the Professional Products Division working on the American Brands, and Matrix, your role is to contribute to the development and execution of the brand's trade marketing plans across 4 Nordic markets. Your projects will include co-creating the roll-out of 360 salon activation plans across all 4 markets, coordinate production of in-salon marketing materials, be in close collaboration with our CRM department and lead the marketing briefing for our direct sales team. As Trade Marketing Graduate, you will play a strong role in coordinating and aligning brand activities across all touchpoints, working closely with the Nordic Activation Managers, Country Trade Teams, CRM and eCommerce teams, agencies and strategic partners. Assist the Product Brand Managers and marketing team in activation of Redken trade marketing activities on Redken Support the development and execution of Premium Retail by building and updating planograms, designing POS materials all to enhance customer experiences, aimed at driving brand growth and elevating brand perception within this key channel Update Brand books, Sample overviews & assist in forecasting Salon tools Manage catalog updates, launches, activation and assist in Analyze market data, conduct competitor monitoring and support on monthly reporting Support on ad-hoc projects and ensure team coordination on events You are... Graduated with a Master's degree in Marketing or Communication within a year Passionate about or experienced within the beauty or FMCG industry. An excellent communicator with CRM experience, fluent in both English and at least one Nordic language. Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel. Highly organized, possessing strong skills in coordination, planning, prioritization, communication, and time management. Detail-oriented with a structured and organized approach to your work.
