DIT JOB Som Pattern Designer har du ansvaret for at udarbejde basic patterns, måleskemaer og gradueringer, ligesom du kommenterer på pasform og formgivning i samarbejde med vores indkøbere og designere Du fungerer som sparringspartner og specialist i hele processen - fra første skitse til færdigt produkt - og er med til at sikre, at vores styles performer visuelt og funktionelt. Du vil blandt andet: Udvikle og vedligeholde form, mål og gradueringsskemaer Være i tæt dialog med vores internationale samarbejdspartnere og sikre, at de forstår og følger vores krav Være med til at opbygge JJXX GIRLs pasformsstandarder Sikre forståelse for korrekt pasform og opmåling samt træning heri af både kollegaer og leverandører Derudover kan der forekomme rejseaktivitet i forbindelse med leverandørbesøg og produktionssamarbejde. Do you have an eye for precision, a deep understanding of fit and functionality, and thrive in a structured, detail-oriented environment? The Role As our new Pattern Designer, you will play a central role in designing and perfecting patterns and fits for our outerwear and ready-to wear collections, collaborating closely with the Design and Product Development teams. You will be responsible for leading the product fit and function for our seasonal collections, ensuring that each product meets the highest standards of fit, quality, and workmanship - all aligned with our brand and product strategy. You will serve as a technical expert in garment construction, contributing to both new product developments and improvements of existing designs. Your structured and detail-focused approach will ensure accuracy, consistency, and excellence across the collections. Key Responsibilities: Being the engineer behind our products ensuring we create a flawless fit. Testing and adjusting all products within outerwear, ready-to wear and apparel accessories Lead measurements and fit development across new and existing styles. Prepare measurement charts and technical files for internal use and external factories. Suggest improvements in workmanship and construction to enhance fit and functionality. Collaborate closely with the Design and Product Development team throughout the creative development process. Support and liaise with factories, particularly our China-based team, during development. Analyze production test results and identify solutions together with Product Development. Maintain and update "How to Measure" guides. Ensure timely handovers of fit/workmanship feedback and meet deadlines consistently. Incorporate customer insights and feedback from markets into product development. Who You Are We are looking for a precise, analytical, and committed professional who thrives in a methodical and supportive work environment. You are a true specialist - focused, quality-oriented, and motivated by creating flawless. You take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work, and you are known for your discipline and integrity. To succeed in this role, we expect you to have: A Bachelor's degree in Patternmaking or Industrial Product Engineering. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in pattern design and garment development. Deep knowledge of patternmaking, garment construction, and workmanship. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams. Fluency in English (Danish is an advantage, but not required).
