SAMSØE SAMSØE is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Product Development and Production manager to join our Production team of six. The primary responsibility will be to oversee daily operations for a portfolio of suppliers, working closely with the design and pattern teams, as well as merchandising and CSR.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage style portfolio from sourcing to production delivery Develop and maintain supplier relationships within the category Manage sample orders and follow up on delivery and timelines Review samples and approve colours, quality, etc., in collaboration with the design and pattern teams Ensure sustainability goals are met for each product group/style portfolio Coordinate timely delivery of samples and finished products, ensuring correct quality, location, and terms Price negotiation KPI's: Margins and prices, sample availability, delivery performance and supplier development YOUR PROFILE
You hold a relevant degree (minimum 2 years of education) Experience from a similar position is preferred You are curious, eager to learn, and open to gaining insight into production workflows Motivated, reliable, and professional Structured, ambitious, and capable of setting goals for yourself Thrive working independently and as part of a team Fluent in English, both written and spoken Proficient with systems such as Microsoft Office, PLM and ERP WE OFFER
