    Driven by creativity, commercial mindset and a passion for beautiful store experiences, we are looking for a Visual Merchandiser based in Oslo, who will help us secure and develop the BOLIA experience across our stores in Norway.About the job:Our ambition is to create innovative and ground-breaking experience store. As Visual Merchandiser i Norway, you will have a key role in making sure that every BOLIA store offers the same inspiring and beautiful experience. You will be part of a creative Retail team and work closely with our Concept and Visual team to ensure that our stores always reflect BOLIA's design universe and high visual standards. You will refer to our Retail Implementation Manager, Ailin Meyer.Your tasks: Secure a high commercial level and a strong BOLIA identity in all stores.Support and guide store teams in implementing and maintaining visual merchandising standards.Develop and maintain our stores so they live up to the BOLIA concept and seasonal guidelines.Assist in the development and establishment of new stores, both locally and internationally.Contribute with ideas and inspiration to the ongoing development of our experience stores.Have a good eye for commercial design, product placement and storytelling that drives sales.Implement and contribute to visual merchandising principles and execution plans.Help create and update guidelines, manuals and communication materials for the stores.Ensure effective information flow between Headquarters and stores.Work in line with BOLIA's values and brand identity.Participate in ad hoc projects and activities as needed.Your competencies Strong visual merchandising skills and a good commercial understanding.Creative mindset combined with a practical, hands-on approach.Energetic, structured, and proactive personality.Great planning skills and the ability to work independently while handling multiple projects.Willingness to travel frequently across Scandinavia and EuropeA few years of experience from a similar role in retail or visual merchandising.Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.Confident user of IT and Office packages.TravelingYou must expect a lot of travelling in this position, both in Norway and abroad. Expect 3 - 4 travel days per week.
