YOUR ROLE As Visual Merchandising Strategy Manager for JJXX your biggest responsibility will be developing the Visual Merchandising Strategy for our new concepts. You are also responsible for, together with the Visual Merchandising Strategy Manager for JACK&JONES and the JJXX Retail Buying Team, developing the visual product strategy and visual merchandising tools. You will host international webinars, develop creative presentations, and ensure that local teams have the right tools and training to execute the concept. More specifically, your responsibilities include: Developing and presenting the seasonal visual product strategy for both JJXX single- and multi-brand stores. Styling mannequins and preparing materials in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising Manager. Driving the Visual Merchandising strategy across all markets and supporting with monthly overviews and plans. Conducting store checks and market visits - including training sessions in each market once per season. Leading onboarding of new markets and facilitating our annual Visual Merchandising Kick-off in September. Developing Visual Merchandising tools and guidelines to support local execution. To succeed in the role, you also have the following qualifications Experience working with visual merchandising, preferably from a strategic role. Strong coordination and communication skills - both written and spoken. A proactive, hands-on mindset and the ability to manage multiple markets and stakeholders. Experience with visual tools and presentations (graphic understanding is a plus). Strong in working Microsoft office package especially Power Point. Skills in Adobe are considered as a plus.
